– Once the requirements are generated by a specific department, we announce and job opening through various channels of recruitment.
– After the applications are received, the candidates are short-listed and invited for an interview with the HR department.
– Thank you email and calls are sent to all the candidates.
– After another short-listing, candidates are invited for an interview with a member of the Board of Directors.
– The candidates are informed about the results of the selection process through email or call within 3 working days.
– Once the candidate is finalized, the letter of intent is issued and date of joining finalized.
– Upon joining, the new employees are given a company welcome pack and a tour of the office campus.
